Screencasting software: adding chapters

I'm investigating screencasting software for my academic library and hoping to find a product which allows for chapters, so that users can easily navigate between sections.
Currently, we use Captivate 4 to create our online tutorials; we also have Camtasia. However, as far as I can tell, neither software offers this capability.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Cheers,
Elizabeth Yates

You are looking for something that does a table of contents down the left side? Is that correct? I'm interested too. Do you find this valuable?
